We are looking for Gallery Volunteers for our upcoming exhibition
Are you interested in contemporary art and learning more about it? If you have a particular interest in art by artists with South Asian, African and Caribbean ancestry this opportunity might interest you.
As a gallery volunteer you will primarily invigilate important artworks in our gallery space to ensure the smooth running of Drawing Room’s upcoming exhibition The Land Sings Back. This exhibition encourages a connection with indigenous wisdom, reciprocal rather than extractive relationships with land.
Volunteering with our charity will help you gain knowledge in gallery invigilation, caring for artworks and exhibition logistics. As volunteer you will play a key part in the work Drawing Room does.
We are looking for volunteers who are proactive, keen to learn, and enthusiastic. We require volunteers who are available during our opening hours. Please note, you must be over 18 to volunteer with us.
For more information about volunteering, please download the application pack.
