Nicola Tyson reading Letter to Egon Schiele

To coincide with The Nakeds exhibition we invited the artist Nicola Tyson to write a letter to Egon Schiele for the exhibition publication.  This follows the publication of her recent book Dead Letter Men, which comprises a series of letters to dead male artists including Bacon, Ensor, Gainsborough, Manet and Picasso.

On Monday 13th October at 7pm she performed a reading of the letter to an audience of invited guests. Thereafter, co-curators of The Nakeds, artist David Austen and art historian Dr Gemma Blackshaw, introduced the exhibition.
