  Tannery Arts is a small, independent charity concerned with supporting the professional development of emerging and established artists through the provision of affordable studios, promoting their practice through opportunities to exhibit work, develop projects, generate partnerships with local authorities, private property owners and social housing organisations as well as engage in learning activities.

Reading List

DE. FI. CIEN. CY Artists’ Reading List

Artists taking part in Drawing Room's exhibition programme are invited to compile ‘reading lists’ that inform and expand the themes explored in their works. This list has been compiled for DE. FI. CIEN. CY, a group exhibition examining a shared concern with the failure, or the ‘deficiency’, of pictorial representation. Titles marked with an asterisk * are held in Outset Study.
