The afternoon’s programme reflects Drawing Biennial’s invitation to artists to make an original drawing, in any medium, on an A4 sheet of paper. Responding to the question ‘what sound would you like to make in the Drawing Room gallery space?’, Ubu Ensemble’s musicians have assembled a dynamic and eclectic programme. The event will premier a new composition by Elaine Cheng as well as works by Franco Donatoni, Kurt Schwitters, Charles Ives, Giacinto Scelsi, Salvatore Sciarrino and Igor Stravinsky amongst others.
