Find out more about Drawing Room, what we do, and our relationship with studio provider Tannery Arts.
Tannery Arts is a small, independent charity concerned with supporting the professional development of emerging and established artists through the provision of affordable studios, promoting their practice through opportunities to exhibit work, develop projects, generate partnerships with local authorities, private property owners and social housing organisations as well as engage in learning activities.
Drawing Room is moving to a new home in Bermondsey but we need your help to make it happen.
While we're fundraising, you can find out about everything else we're doing by checking the Drawing Room website, subscribing to our mailing list and following us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook to keep updated.
You can find out about our ongoing programme of online talks, events and off-site projects, celebrating 20 years since Drawing Room was first initiated. We'll be looking back at momentous exhibitions from our recent and more distant past and talking to the artists and contributors who made them happen, examining the centrality of drawing to creative practise from the perspective of artists.
Our Engagement programme, exploring the creative potential of drawing with local children, their families, teachers and community groups, is also continuing throughout 2022.
We want to say a massive thank you to everyone in the Elephant & Castle community who has visited and been part of the gallery over the past few years and we look forward to welcoming you to our new home!
