Tannery Arts is a small, independent charity concerned with supporting the professional development of emerging and established artists through the provision of affordable studios, promoting their practice through opportunities to exhibit work, develop projects, generate partnerships with local authorities, private property owners and social housing organisations as well as engage in learning activities.

Conceived in the framework of the prestigious transversal and multidisciplinary editorial program of the eponymous publishing house, Diaphanes is a quarterly multi-language magazine with a focus on contemporary art, critical discourse, and multilingual fiction.
Diaphanes is conjuring the ghosts of the avant-garde for its Summer 2019 double issue, including a 80-page insert with 155 photos by Antoine d’Agata and an essay by Mehdi Belhaj Kacem. This double issue summons the specters of the avant-garde, dissects its corpse, which was never found, but still radiates the black light of its visions and phantasms.
