British Land is a leading UK commercial property company focused on high quality retail and London offices. The artwork displayed on the third floor at York House relates to the company's core business activity of creating Places People Prefer. ​The collection includes diverse artworks by a wide range of international artists many of whom have had a long lasting relationship with Drawing Room such as Andrew Bick, Mona Hatoum, Gary Hume,Tania Kovats, Michael Landy, Julian Opie, Cornelia Parker, Kathy Prendergast and George Shaw.
