We are pleased to invite our Drawing Circle Members to a curator’s tour of  Contemporary Collecting: David Hockney to Cornelia Parker, works on paper with Catherine Daunt, Curator of Modern and Contemporary Graphic Art at the British Museum, 9-10am Thursday 25 April.

The exhibition celebrates around 100 works made between 1960 and today including prints and drawings by David Hockney, Yinka Shonibare CBE, Cornelia Parker, Pablo Bronstein, Raqib Shaw, Caroline Walker and Ann-Marie James. The works have been collected with the support of the Rootstein Hopkins Foundation and a number of works purchased through our Drawing Biennials. The artist Ann-Marie James will also be present to talk about her work in the exhibition.

Our members support Drawing Room’s work of nurturing artists and providing opportunities for them to take risks, develop and exhibit their work – join this private visit by becoming a member today.
