About the work

Form of ID, Please is part of a study series, The Migration: Take Me Home. Influenced by Jacob Lawrence’s ‘The Migration of the Negro,’ the series focuses on the displacement of people that searches for a better life. The complexities of moving bodies from one place to another highlights the transformation of their individual identity, family structure, and communal structure.
