This is made with a sign writing brush, on both sides of the paper. Left for some time and returned to at different orientations. Leaning into disconnected lines, a field of movement directions, adding up at the same time dividing.

Born 1979 Oldham, Nicholas Byrne lives and works in London. Graduated from the Slade School of Fine Art (2003), and the Royal College of Art (2005).
