About the work

My drawing I am, I was, I will is based on an imaginary wander around different places from the past, the present, and the future. The drawing combines and overlays shapes from this wandering creating a new place or mindscape. It also refers to a kind of installation, sculpture or structure similar to the ones I have physically made in the past but in an imaginary setting.

About the artist

Born 1986 Cyprus, Anna Lytridou lives and works in London. Graduated from Fine arts at Athens School of Fine Arts (2009), and MA Fine Arts at Central Saint Martins London (2011).

Lytridou’s work is based on her experience of being immersed in, exploring, and travelling in the physical environment. Combining shapes and elements from landscapes and architecture, Lytridou creates new narratives.
