About the work

This is a drawing of my daughter in which I wanted to get away from artifice, away from ideas, away from contextualisation. I wanted to make a drawing at its purest. Very simply, my daughter loves playing music and I love her absorption whilst playing. In this piece I hope I have captured at least something of the moment in which it was rendered.
