Benjamin Deakin:

Benjamin Deakin (b.1977) lives and works in London. Graduated from Kingston University; and Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design (2006). Residencies include PADA studios, Lisbon (2018); Listhus, Olafsfjordur (2016); the Klondike Institute of Arts and Culture in Dawson City, Yukon (2008); University of Kathmandu, Nepal (2005); and Hospitalfield Trust, Arbroath (2002). Awards include the Marmite Prize for Painting, London (2012). Select solo exhibitions include Seeking News from Nowhere, The Concept Space, London (2018).
