Anila Rubiku:

Anila Rubiku (b.1970, Albania) lives and works between Toronto, Milan and Tirana. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, Tirana in 1995 and from the Academy of Brera, Milan, Italy in 2000. Her recent solo exhibitions include Fearful Intentions, Josza Gallery, Brussels (2014); About translation, Galerie IG Bildende Kunst, Vienna (2011); and Laws, Lies, Traditions & Convictions, Josza Gallery, Brussels (2010). Her recent group exhibitions include Under Erasure, Tel Aviv Museum of Art, Tel Aviv (2014);Histoires de je (part 1),  Gallery Dix9.
