Mathew Hale (b.1962, Swindon, UK) lives and works in Berlin and Los Angeles. He attended Winchester School of Art (1981-1982) and Goldsmiths, University of London (1982-1985). Winner of the Whitechapel Young Artists Award (1988); CCA Kitakyushu Artists Residency (2014).
