Jocelyn Clarke (b. 1958, Birmingham) lives and works in London. She studied at Slade School of Fine Art, UCL 1976-1980 and at Goldsmiths College 1981-1982. Clarke is a freelance lecturer at the National Gallery, Wallace Collection and other public art venues in London. In 1992 Clarke was Artist-in-Residence at Camden Arts Centre, London. Solo exhibitions include: Jerwood Artists Platform, Jerwood Space, London (2003), Adam Gallery, London (1994), Ruskin School of Drawing & Fine Art, Oxford (1993). Selected group exhibitions include: Drawing 2011, The Drawing Room, London (2011), Earth Critical, Chateau Alba, France (2011) and the Summer Exhibition, Royal Academy of Art, London (2009).
