Edwina Ashton (b. 1965, London) lives and works in Bristol. Ashton studied at Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University (1985-1989), Camberwell College of Arts, London (1990-1991) and Goldsmiths College of Arts, London (1993-1996). She makes sculptures, videos, animations and drawings of oblique and absurd characters and narratives.
