Phillip Allen (b. 1967, London, UK) lives and works in London. Studied BA Fine Art at Kingston University, London and MA Fine Art at the Royal College of Art, London. Allen teaches Fine Art at Wimbledon College of Art and the Royal College of Art, and is course co-ordinator for Turps Studio Painting Programme, based in Elephant and Castle, London. He is also a visiting teacher at various art colleges including Westminster, The Royal Academy of Arts and Ruskin School of Art. He received the British School of Rome Abbey Scholar Award (2010).
