Maria Zahle (b. 1979, Copenhagen, Denmark) lives and works in London, UK and Copenhagen, Denmark. Studied at KUBA, Copenhagen, Denmark; Slade School of Fine Art, London, UK; and The Royal Academy Schools, London, UK. Awarded the Alexandra Reinhardt Memorial Award Artist Residency at New Walk Museum & Art Gallery (2013); British School in Rome Prize (2009); and the Landseer Award (2007).
