Lotte Gertz (b. 1972, Odense, Denmark) lives and works in Glasgow. Gertz studied at The Gerrit Rietveld Academy, Amsterdam, and at The Glasgow School of Art. In 2014 she was awarded an artists’ bursary from Creative Scotland. Recent solo exhibitions include: The Possibility of Passwords, The Old Hairdressers, Glasgow (2013); New Work, Mary Mary, Glasgow (2012); Houses falling away, AberDabei, Copenhagan (2010); Two tempers cunning zigzag, Leven Street, Glasgow (2010); and Match Play, Match Spent, Mary Mary, Glasgow (2008).
