Kate Davis and David Moore live and work from London and Edinburgh respectively. Kate Davis is a senior Tutor and Fellow in Sculpture at Royal College of Art, London and David Moore is a Lecturer in Sculpture at Edinburgh College of Art, Edinburgh University. Alongside distinguished individual careers, the two formed ME/WE Productions in 2010, after collaborating on a super 8 film The Cut for the Arnolfini, which was short-listed for the Swedenbourg Short Film Award in 2011. Since then they have collaborated on a number of public projects, exhibitions and residencies. Davis and Moore spent the summer of 2013 on an artist’s residency at the Cornelius Foundation in the South of France working on the relationship between writing poetry and making collages. More recently they have just completed Double Pelican -a collaborative experiment. which was the first artist residency at StudioRCA, a new RCA project space at Nine Elms supported by St James Group. Afterthought I is the first in a series of drawings made during this residency questioning the relationship between language and image. They are currently working with Futurecity on a large scale public art commission for Riverlight, a Rogers + Stark  development in Nine Elms, London. The commission is due to be completed by 2016  with the first stage already open to the public.
